Your e-ticket will subject you to entry to the event you have purchased a ticket to. Upon purchasing your ticket you are agreeing that your ticket is strictly for personal use and use of a plus one if you have purchased additional tickets. Our events run strictly on a no-ticket, no-entry basis and failure to comply will result in your removal from the premises.

Your ticket is non-refundable and if you have resold your ticket, you must contact us at contact@intervarsitygala.co.uk with your full name, ticket type, quantity and the full name of the persons you have transferred your ticket(s) to. If an event is cancelled you are entitled to a refund.

Plus ones who are attending on the night must also be in possession of their own ticket. Tickets do not cover plus ones and they must have a ticket in order to enter an event. Guests can purchase two tickets in their own name which can then be used by used by their plus one to access an event.

If you resell a ticket and you fail to inform us of the new ticket holder's information, we retain the right to refuse them entry.

If you fail to inform us, or the venue, of any dietary requirements, we, the event organiser, nor the venue, hold any responsibility in the case of an allergic reaction.

When you purchase a ticket you agree to take full liability in the instance of the ticket holder causing any damage to the venue and/or equipment used at any of our events.

If you are found to be reselling event tickets that exceed their original face value, the ticket will be voided immediately.

The running schedule and setup of our events may be subject to change and you will be informed of any such changes if we believe it is of importance to you.

We have the right to refuse entry to our events if we, our security or the venue, believe that a guest is under the heavy influence of drugs or alcohol and is causing a disturbance.

All of our events are strictly 18+.
